Full year project involving using Java backend and Vue.JS frontend. This project was my final year university project, which took 8 months in a team of 8 developers.

The main take always I took from this experience were:

• Getting a taste for an industry level agile environment, we used the SCRUM methodology with sprints typically 4 weeks long
• The importance of good communication within the team, not being afraid to speak up in meetings and in group chats
• Learning Vue.JS and the efficiency of component driven development

As the project went on we learnt that it was important to have accountability, if a meeting time was set everyone had to be there on time no exceptions. If you picked up a task it was expected you would have that done by the next meeting, if the task was difficult, we expected ourselves to communicate with each other early and not wait till the meeting to say that it was too hard
